Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Angular Baseball you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Angular Baseball Pro is a recurring subscription billed by Apple via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel at any time in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; refund requests are handled by Apple.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload videos that are not yours, that depict minors without their guardian's consent, or that violate any law. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of every swing video and report you upload. You grant us a limited license to process those videos solely to produce the coaching outputs the app delivers to you.
6. Disclaimers
Angular Baseball is a coaching aid, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified coach or medical professional before changing your training routine.
7. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time via Account → Delete Account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
